About NCAEP Partners

In order to serve our mission, we rely on the efforts of our members and board of directors, as well as the financial support of our Corporate Education partners.  Your financial support sustains our flagship educational and scholarship programs. Each year, we offer four continuing education conferences for our members to attend a lecture and to gather in a social setting. Additionally, some meetings are broadcast to our satellite locations so that members living over 3 hours away from the meeting location are to be able to gather, stream the meeting live, and participate in the Q and A.  These topics and speakers are chosen by our board, based on member feedback, and cover equine medicine and surgery, emergency preparedness, regulatory issues, and new drug and vaccine developments.

Benefits

  1.  Your company’s representative will be able to engage with our members in large-group social activities (average of 75 attendees at each meeting), with the opportunity for one-on-one time with individual veterinarians and technicians
  2. Display new products and promotional items
  3. Briefly address the members at the start of our meeting
  4.  Your company’s logo will have a featured spot on our website NCAEP.org
  5. Sponsor a post on the NCAEP Facebook Page (i.e. new drug release announcements, events, or other promotional opportunities)
  6. Demonstrate to equine practitioners that your company shares the goals of our group
